In this workshop we will work on our strength and stamina as well as dive into an energetic exploration of contemporary dance moves. Without pressure or performance expectations you will be guided into a dynamic movement flow. We will move, sweat and enjoy activating music together.

Rose (she/her) is a Vienna-based dancer, musician, and teacher. With training in contemporary dance across Italy, Portugal, and Belgium Rose developed a strong foundation in functional movement and training science.

SUPER / WORKSHOP - Christina Mertzani

This workshop intends to help you explore, develop and bring to the surface super skills, both as an individual and as a team. What are my personal super skills? How do I discover them? How do I bring them to the surface? How do I communicate with other super dancers who have super skills? super uses contemporary dance techniques fused with my own personal style, including acrobatics, hip hop, break dance, yoga, pilates, and martial arts.

Join us for an open SOFT ACRO JAM at our studio!
This event is also this SEMESTERS CLOSING JAM!
We'll offer a short guided warm-up, followed by 2 hours of open training and sharing skills and laughs.
This event is open for all but please keep in mind, that this jam is dedicated to the training of soft acrobatic moves!
So this particular event might not be the ideal playground for complete beginners.
