This class invites you into the world of playful movement.
"Into Move & Play" is all about rediscovering movement with curiosity, openness, and a sense of play.
Through small games, coordination exercises, and free exploration, we create space for creativity and personal growth.
Like a child exploring the world, we approach each exercise with joy and wonder – without pressure or the need to "get it right."
It’s not about performance, but about experiencing, sensing, and playing.
Perfect for anyone who wants to connect with their body in a new way – with curiosity, lightness, and a love for movement.

Ati (he/they) is a curious mover with a love for contemporary dance, floorwork, and soft acrobatics. He enjoys exploring the body's possibilities and creating fluid, playful movement sequences. His teaching invites joy, ease, and exploration through movement.
