MOVEMENT ESSENTIALS HANDBALANCE BASICS
This beginner-friendly class is designed to build strength, confidence, and technique for handbalancing. Through targeted conditioning and safe progressions, you’ll overcome fear and develop stability in a structured, supportive environment.

FUNCTIONAL ATHLETICS
In this class, we will focus on building flexibility and functional strength. Whether your goal is to master handstands, increase your jumping height, achieve the splits, or simply improve overall mobility, this is a space for exploration, growth, and discovering what your body is capable of.

YOGA - VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic type of yoga. In this class, all levels are welcome, and each session will focus on certain positions, breathing techniques or transitions without having to reach a certain goal or putting pressure on ourselves.

FLUID ACROBATICS
This intermediate class focuses on extracting the core principles and physics behind acrobatic movement. We dive into topics such as: using momentum and gravity, weight distribution, rolling and inversions.

WEAVING CONNECTIONS
This class explores the interconnections between contemporary dance/ floorwork, improvisation, embodied practices, and partner work. Collaboratively, we aim to create and hold a safe space where we can all explore, play, surprise ourselves and grow together.


WED 16:30
INTO MOVE & PLAY
This class is all about rediscovering movement with curiosity, openness, and a sense of play. Through small games, coordination exercises, and free exploration, we create space for creativity and personal growth.
WED 17:45
PERFORMATIVE MARTIAL ARTS
In this class, we’ll explore movement as a way of expression, combining the fundamentals of modern Shaolin Kung Fu with contemporary dance and acrobatics. Together, we’ll work on finding flow between softness and explosiveness while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.


WED 19:45
URBAN CONTEMPORARY
In this class we explore how to move effortlessly by using gravity and the body’s natural weight to our advantage. By expanding our physical comfort zone, we will discover new possibilities in movement and dance.

Into Moves invites you to dive into the world of contemporary dance, blending floorwork, soft acrobatics, and playful coordination exercises through games and explorations.

Fluid Movement Practice is an open-level movement class designed to develop physical skill, confidence and creative intuition- drawing inspiration from contemporary dance, martial arts, tricking and soft acrobatics.
